1-2-3 Gluten Free products are not available at my local store. What can I do?
Feel free to fill out the attached letter and give it to the manager/owner at your local store. We have found that stores are very responsive to customer requests for products. We are happy to work with your local store so you can get our products and avoid all shipping costs. Click here.
My local store carries some 1-2-3 Gluten Free products but not a particular product that I'd like. What can I do?
Please request it. All stores can get all of our products and we have found that store managers want to have the products that their customers want on their shelves. Here is information on all our products that you can print out and take to your local store. Click here.
I run a support group and we'd like to know if you will come speak and sample your products. Who do I contact?
Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), including your contact information so we can speak with you and see if we can visit. We appreciate the opportunity to meet people in person and we visit as many groups as we can.
I run a support group (autism, celiac, food allergy or intolerance, healthy living) and we'd like to know if you will send some free samples for our group to try. What do I do?
We donate products to support groups for their meetings and special events. We donate exclusively to groups and not individuals. If you have someone willing to bake up the product and/or you are looking for donations for a raffle, then please fill out the attached form and fax/mail it to us. Our fax number is 216-378-9234. Please provide us with at least 30 days notice of your event. We can only consider donation requests that are submitted on the attached form. We have a limited amount of product for donation. We try to accommodate as many requests as possible, but the demand far exceeds our capacity. Submitting the form does not guarantee a product donation, but we do our best. Click here.
I cannot have eggs. Can I use commercial egg replacer in your products?
No. Commercial egg replacer can be used in our cookie mixes, but will not work in any of our other mixes. We provide egg-free recipes for each product on the website and as we print new boxes, we include those recipes on the boxes (inside or outside of the box if there is room). We continually try new substitutions and will publish those on our website to give you even more options. But, please know that commercial egg replacers will not work for recipes that call for more than 2 eggs.
Can I use oil in place of butter in your recipes?
No. Oil will not work in our recipes that call for butter. However, you can substitute margarine or shortening.
