Welcome!  1-2-3 Gluten Free is a mother-daughter team based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Over nine years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. As an adult, I was content to eat the products available in the market. However, when two of my nieces and one nephew were diagnosed with celiac disease, I was determined that they should be able to eat only the best, as well as gluten-free versions of what their non-celiac friends were eating. In fact, I developed the Southern Glory Biscuit recipe when one of the children wanted to have “pigs-in-a-blanket” for her birthday. We soon found that the children and adults (both celiac and non-celiac) in our family enjoyed the foods I created. Having shared these foods with non-family members, again both celiac and non-celiac, we found these people were equally enthusiastic. We decided to share with others what our family and friends have enjoyed.  With my mother's (and other family  members') support, 1-2-3 Gluten Free was born.

We know you are busy and don’t have hours upon hours to spend in the kitchen. 1-2-3 Gluten Free, Inc. is committed to providing foods that are easy as 1-2-3 to prepare and that taste delicious. Our goal is to set a new standard in the taste of gluten free foods and, if you check out some of our testimonials, you'll see we are exceeding that goal.

Our products are manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free (and peanut-free, nut-free and allergen-free) kosher facility utilizing only gluten-free ingredients. Your health is our number one priority. All of our products are gluten free, wheat free, nut free and peanut free. All of our products are also free of egg, dairy (including casein), all but two are free of corn and all but one are free of soy and their labels clearly indicate this.   Check out our recipe section for alternative recipes, particulary those for egg-free versions of our products.

Every product must pass the rigorous taste tests of our official taste testers. We try to develop products that consumers want and will enjoy. We are constantly in the process of developing new products and welcome any suggestions for products you would like to see or recipes you would like to share.  Thanks to customer suggestions, we will be releasing several new products in 2008.

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do.

Very truly yours,

Kimberlee
